Mt Everest / 003 Tingri is going through a major construction boom as all of China prepares for the Olympics. If things go according to plan, someone will carry the Olympic torch from the top of Everest to Peking at which time humble Tingri will become host to a throng of journalists who are ill with altitude sickness.
